Advanced lithographic materials and spin-on dielectrics improve the photolithography patterning processes run by NAND Flash device makers; specialty coatings and photolithographic materials used in flat panel displays.
Specialty coatings and flat panel display materials enable the development of challenging and entertaining platforms such as HD, 3D, larger screens.
Spin-on dielectric materials make Microprocessor and DRAM devices more cost-effective; specialty rinses and colloidal silica CMP slurries control defects and increase yield.
Thick film photoresists allow more device content in tighter spaces; flat panel photoresists, advanced photosensitive materials and coatings improve the screen resolution and enhanced camera resolution.
Lift-off and Thick film photoresists, specialty coatings, polymers and associated ancillary products reduce the cost of ownership for emerging LED lighting and alternative energy markets.
Specialty IC resists, top and bottom antireflective coatings, and Thick film photoresists are cost effective and enable process flows in GPS, satellite radio, electronic controls.
The challenge was to create an advanced performance TARC comprising environmentally friendly materials.
